International Nurses Day is observed around the world on 12 May each year and seeks to celebrate and mark the contributions that nurses make to keep their communities safe and healthy.

Nurses have had an increasingly stressful time over the recent years due to Covid, so it is important to recognise their past and continuing help during the pandemic.
