Woman charged with attempted murder
A 39-year-old woman from Mareeba has been charged with two counts of attempted murder after she allegedly stabbed two of her children.

It is alleged that two children sustained stabs wounds during a disturbance at a Mareeba property on 25 January.
The woman and the two children were transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The woman was arrested and charged on 31 January and appeared in the Cairns Magistrates Court on 2 February, where she was remanded in custody to reappear on 13 April.
