THE Atherton Senior Roosters have joined the quest to defeat brain cancer and are holding a “Beanies for Brain Cancer” day in support of the Mark Hughes Foundation at the club’s home game on Saturday July 27 when they host Cairns Brothers.

Supporters at the game will be encouraged to purchase a beanie for $25 and wear while cheering for the Roosters and also supporting a great cause.

The annual “Beanies for Brain Cancer” day will also be run over the same weekend by the National Rugby League.

Beanies will also be on sale the week before at the Roosters home game on July 20.
