Street festival full of holiday magic
THE 2025 Malanda Christmas Festival is back and promises to be more spectacular than ever.
Hubert Kobielski found the perfect Christams tree at last years festival.
The evening will run from 4-8 pm on Thursday, 20 November, and will feature live entertainment, music, children’s face painting, and photos with Santa.
The big star of the show is the annual late-night shopping experience, with over 60 vibrant market stalls and delicious food vendors lining the streets in the town centre, and numerous local businesses extending their hours to join in the celebration.
Presented by the Malanda Chamber of Commerce the beloved annual celebration also officially launches the Shop Local Campaign.
Running through to Christmas Eve, this campaign offers the chance to win more than 20 prizes donated by Chamber member businesses, headlined by a spectacular $1000 SPAR Malanda voucher.
