Roll up, roll up to Malanda State School fete
RIDES, games, food and fireworks – the Malanda State School Fete is back on again for a night of fun and excitement for all.
This year’s event will have a focus on embracing the “Malanda family” and the connection between the town and its young ones.
A sideshow alley will feature 12 stalls with classic games such as tin can smash, pluck a duck, hole in one challenge, balloon pop, toilet toss, splat the rat and a chocolate wheel.
The sideshow alley stalls will be cashless, so you need to purchase tokens at the ticket table to play.
There will also be food stalls, sales stalls such as our plant sale, raffles and a cent sale.
Seven inflatable rides will be ready to go with activities for kids of all ages.
Highlights of this this year’s event will be a jaws of life demonstration from the locate Fire and Rescue crew followed by a captivating fireworks demonstration.
The fete will be held at Malanda Show Grounds on Thursday 15 September from 5pm to 8pm.
