TRC clarifies charges

TABLELANDS Regional Council wishes to correct some information it provided to The Express for an article on investment incentives that was published in last week’s edition.

TRC has a policy to defer infrastructure charge payments for developers of residential estates – not application fees for residential developments. Full details are available at www.trc.qld.gov.au/investment-incentives.
