A long lunch for a great cause
A CHARITABLE organisation aimed at providing support to vulnerable children living in western Kenya with disabilities and in poverty is hosting a special fundraiser at Yungaburra this Saturday.
An original painting by local artist Jo-Ellen Boutell will be auctioned at the event.
Proceeds from The Long Lunch, which will be held at Nicks Restaurant from 11.30am-2pm, will go to REGAINED to continue its work in Kenya.
For just $50. Patrons will be served a three-course set menu with options for entree, mains and dessert.

There will also be raffles, door prizes and an auction to raise money for the charity.
