Animal lovers put to the test

TEST out your knowledge of animals and raise money for a local refuge at a trivia night fundraiser this Thursday.

The Mareeba Animal Refuge is inviting the community to come along to its fundraising event at the Billycart Brewery on Thursday night, which will test the knowledge of the best of animal lovers.

The event is set to kick off from 6.30pm at the brewery in Atherton, located at 65 Tolga Road. There will be a food van on site and friendly, non-reactive dogs are welcome to accompany their owners on a lead. Entry is $5 and 100% of the proceeds will go towards food, shelter, and vet care for rescued animals.
