IT’S round two for the Atherton Men’s Shed as they relaunched their highly successful and award-winning physical activity program, aiming to help more men get healthy and socialising.

The 16-week pilot program aims to give older men the chance on how to manage their future health through the instruction and guidance of an exercise physiologist.

Since its founding, the program has reached national acclaim and has won multiple men’s health awards.

Now the program will be relaunched and men looking to take charge of their health in a laid-back environment are encouraged to join.
