Bringing fantasy to life

CHARACTERS from a variety of books came to life last week with local primary schools celebrating one of the best events of the year – Book Week.

Wally, the BFG, Mario and Luigi, the wonderful Wizard of Oz and an alpaca that plays the maracas were amongst some of the best costumes this year, with students and staff spending hours working on the best outfit.
