Bull rides deliver the action
A LARGE crowd turned out to the first round of the Great Northern Bullriding Series when it was held on a cool Anzac Day evening.

Many cowboys from across the region vied it out for a placing in their respective categories, but it was Braydon Wellby who once again out-skilled his peers to claim an Open bull ride win.
Azroum Lucas claimed the Novice title and Caleb Sheehan took out the Juniors, while Nate Lawson and Carl Douglas Jr claimed the 11-U14 and the 8-U11 Mini bull rides respectively.

The next round of the Series will be held at the Gordonvale Pony Club Grounds on 23 May.
