Calling out to young Tablelands’ artists
YOUNG Tablelands’ artists aged between 15-25 are being encouraged to enter an artwork for the upcoming EMERGE Tablelands Youth Exhibition which opens in October.
The exhibition, which has a theme of “Between Worlds”, will be on show at the Old Post Office Gallery in Atherton from 7 October to 21 November 2026. Entries for the exhibition must be submitted by 16 September.

Council is also offering free studio workshops for artists aged between 15-25 to work on their artwork submissions. The free workshops will be guided by talented Tablelands’ artist Hanna Wood.
The workshops this month will take place between 10am and 2pm on 23 and 30 August at the Old Post Office Gallery Workshop Space in Atherton.
