College students celebrated

IT was a positive end to 2025 for Jubilee Christian College as they held their annual awards night which celebrated the achievements of both its on-campus and distance education students.

Year 12 graduate Chloe Savage took home the Ampol Best All Rounder Award and the Principal’s Award, while school captain Oliver Freeman claimed the Bob Katter Award for his commitment to his studies and school community.

“The 2025 awards event successfully culminated in a celebration recognising the outstanding academic, sporting, cultural, and community achievements of our primary and secondary students,” school principal Chris Radcliffe said.

“These awards evenings were a fitting conclusion to a year defined by the hard work and dedication of both students and staff.

“We are grateful for the ongoing support of the Tablelands Regional Council, and we especially appreciated the attendance of Deputy Mayor Dave Bilney and Cr Con Spanos.”
