Concerts feature world class talent
SPECIAL Father’s Day fundraising concerts will be performed at Atherton Performing Arts featuring international actor and baritone Don Winsor.

Don was born in the USA and now lives on the Atherton Tablelands. With over 25 years of global experience from New York to Melbourne, Italy to Macau and everywhere in between Winsor has captivated audiences in iconic roles such as Javert in Les Miserables, the Beast in Beauty and the Beast, Billy Flynn in Chicago, Harold Hill in The Music Man, the award-winning Pontius Pilot in Jesus Christ Superstar and Sam Carmichael on the national tour of Mamma Mia.
After moving to Australia in 2015 Don made his Australian debut in the national premiere of Titanic, starred in Falsettos and worked with Julie Andrews in Opera Australia’s 60th anniversary production of My Fair Lady.
Critics consistently praise his “powerful baritone voice” and the rare intimacy he brings to his live performances.
Beyond the theatrical stage, he has toured as a soloist with Symphony Orchestras and appeared in hit shows like Preacher and Neighbours.
Supporting Don Winsor will be local artists Helen Snelling, Linda Mott, Louise Anderson-Clemence with accompanists Sean Bennett and Danielle Cahill.
The concerts will be staged at the Silo Road Theatre on 5 September at 7.30pm and 6 September at 2.30pm.
Proceeds from the concerts will support Atherton Performing Arts.
