Cops and Robbers Golf Day a big success
THE annual Cops and Robbers Charity Golf Day held at the Atherton Golf Club was a huge success, with over 100 players enjoying a match and raising over $24,000.

The 4-ball Ambrose event drew 108 players who enjoyed the sponsorship turnout at each of the 18 holes.
Harvey Norman Atherton, Ari Bastian Hair, Wilkinson’s Engineering, LJ Hooker Atherton and TSAS all held stalls at the charity event and raised funds through interactive games, raffles and refreshments.
“We had incredible support from local, Cairns, Port Douglas, Palm Cove and Townsville businesses and community groups,” Sgt Mark Hazlett, from Ravenshoe Police, said.
“All 18 holes were supported by local businesses. It is with great thanks to the generosity of these amazing local and far north-based businesses that makes the charity day an incredible success.”
