Fire away at come and try day
JOIN the SSAA Ravenshoe and District Sporting Shooters for a free come and try day this weekend.
Try a range of firearms including rim fire, centre fire, and black powder rifles and handguns, all under the supervision of qualified range officers this Saturday from 8.30am-12noon.
The event is the perfect opportunity for anyone wanting to learn about guns, experience something new, get involved in the shooting sports community, or just simply have a day out.
It’s open to everyone aged 11 years or older, with photo ID required for those who don’t have a gun license. Closed-in shoes and ear protection is also required, with limited availability on-site.
The club is located at 311 Cemetery Road, Ravenshoe, with the range open on Wednesdays from 8.30am-11.30am and Saturdays from 8.30am-12noon.
No bookings are required for the come and try day.
