Free music event
MT Uncle Distillery is hosting a free family event “Music at Mount” for locals to enjoy on Saturday 18 February.
This is the first time the local distillery is hosting the event, with hopes to bring the community together for a fun afternoon of music, food and drinks.
“We have visions of this bringing the community together and giving locals and visitors something fun to attend, whilst showcasing our premium spirits,” venue and events manager Tess Keeley said.
“There are a lot of amazing artists on the Tablelands and in Cairns and we know that Mt Uncle Distillery is the perfect venue for events.
“We are hoping to continue ‘Music at the Mount’, once a month, each time with new artists and a food trucks.”
The event will kick off at 12pm with live music performed by Sean Bennett and Cinnamon Sun from 1pm to 8pm.
Carpooling is recommended due to limited parking.
