Free workshops for small business month

FREE workshops are on offer for small businesses and entrepreneurs in the Mareeba Shire this month, with six set to take place over the next couple of weeks.

Queensland Small Business Month is held throughout May and offers a range of free workshops that teach business owners how to grow their business online, attract more customers, and boost their brands’ visibility.

Digital marketing workshops will be held in Kuranda, Mt Molloy, Irvinebank, Chillagoe, Julatten, and Dimbulah.

Whether businesses are new to digital marketing or are looking to refine their strategy, these workshops will equip them with the skills they need to thrive in the digital world.

Kuranda Community Precinct Room (above Kuranda Library) – Monday 19 May from 9am-11am.

Mt Molloy Memorial Hall (29 Main St) – Tuesday 20 May from 9am-11am.

Irvinebank School of the Arts Hall (2633 Herberton Petford Rd) – Tuesday 20 May from 2pm-4pm.

Chillagoe Hub Meeting Room (21-23 Queen St) – Thursday 22 May from 10.30am-12.30pm.

Julatten Edna Head Library (Craft Room) – Thursday 22 May from 10.30am-12.30pm.

Dimbulah Hall (29 Raleigh St) – Monday 26 May from 10.30am-12.30pm.
