Funds for arts, cultural and heritage projects
UP to $6000 grants are being offered by Tablelands Regional Council in its major round of the Regional Arts Development Fund (RADF).

Tablelands Mayor Rod Marti is encouraging the community to lodge their applications for the arts, culture and heritage funding.
“Up to $6000 is available to individuals, groups and organisations and we’re particularly keen to see applications from young people for professional development for their creative industries, career pathways, and arts and culture projects,” he said.
Successful RADF recipient Juergen Freund is grateful for the funding he received to produce a promotional video about the Tolga Bat Hospital.
“The video highlights the vital and wide-ranging conservation efforts carried out by the renowned facility,” he said.
“Passion projects like this video rarely receive the funding they deserve and, like many artists, we face the constant challenge of balancing creative integrity with financial sustainability.
“Grants like RADF offer vital support, giving artists the freedom to pursue projects that serve the community, raise awareness, and inspire action.
“Without the backing of RADF important initiatives like this video simply wouldn’t be possible.
“These grants don’t just fund projects – they sustain the artists behind them.”
Applications can be lodged at www.trc.qld.gov.au/radf-grants until 10 November.
Small grants of up to $1000 are available at any time.
