The workshops will be conducted by five Topology musicians from Brisbane and will allow anyone to collaborate, experiment and make music together in drop-in jam sessions.

The sessions are for everyone – from beginners to experienced musicians who will be able to explore rhythm, melody, improvisation and creative expression.

Attendees do not even have to have their own instruments.

The Julatten sessions will be held this Thursday (from 1pm-7pm) and Friday (from 9am-5pm) at Geraghty Park Hall.

The Kuranda sessions will be held this Saturday (9am-5pm) and Sunday (9am-2pm) at the Kuranda Amphitheatre.

The Mareeba sessions will be held next Monday (from 3pm-7pm) and Tuesday (from 11am-4pm) at the Spanish Club, with a community performance to follow the session.
