The event attracted 19 drivers, with all but one from the Cairns club, and provided for some good racing competition.

KA 3 Junior had four entries with Dainel Janusz taking a big win by 4.7 seconds in the final after struggling for speed in the heats.

Connor Hole ended up in second followed by fellow Cairns driver Jace Fewtrell in third.

TAG 125 Restricted Medium had nine drivers nominate and was once again the biggest class for the day.

Kairi driver Jack Stockman was the form driver and wasn’t challenged all meet, taking a clean sweep for the second meet in a row.

Peter Roberts and Julian Laws battled it out for second and third all meet. In the end, Laws claimed second while Roberts finished third.

TAG 125 Light had four entries with Seth Chellingworth taking a solid 3.9 second win in the final over Damien Bugler in second. Thomas Mitchell from Mareeba finished third.
