Acting Mayor Dave Bilney said it was an honour to welcome the Governor to the Tablelands for this special event.

“The opening of Priors Creek Parklands is an important milestone for our community, and we are very pleased to welcome Her Excellency to share this with the Tablelands community,” he said.

“This precinct has been developed to serve as a place for the community to gather, connect and celebrate, and it is fitting that its official opening will be recognised at this level.”
