Grand finale for 30th celebrations
A GRAND finale featuring a world-class circus act will be the culmination of the Mareeba Heritage Centre’s 30th anniversary celebrations this weekend.

Mareeba’s legacy of tobacco, mining, and cattle will be celebrated at the Centre’s “Smoke, Stone and Saddle” event this Saturday.
The centre has been celebrating its three decades throughout the year, but the highlight will be this performance by Dreamstate Entertainment – a world-renowned circus act based in Koah.
Live music will be delivered by local band The Wait A Whiles, who will invite the crowd for a “good old-fashioned bush dance”.
There will also be a best-dressed competition as well as an individual act from Marcus the Acrobat.
Held on the deck of the Savannah Cafe, the doors will open at the Heritage Centre at 6pm for a 7pm start. Coffee and food can be purchased, and a bar will also be open.
Tickets are $60. Book online via www.trybooking.com/DFNTZ
