Halloween ‘Spooktacular’
HALLOWEEN is coming to the Tablelands this week with “The Priors Shriek Spooktacular!”

Commencing from 7pm this Friday at Priors Creek Parklands in Atherton, families can get into the Halloween spooky spirit.
The community is invited to enjoy a free “Haunted Forest Trick or Treat” along the Priors Creek nature trail, but beware... there may be some weird and spooky critters lurking behind the trees ready to surprise you.
There will also be fun interactive games including a Mummy Wrap, Frightening Freeze Dance, Grimbo (Limbo but with a Halloween twist) and prizes for spookiest costume!
The free Creekside Cinema will also be lighting up at the Priors Creek Amphitheatre, with spooky cartoons on the big screen from 7pm, and from 8pm, hit musical comedy and cult movie classic The Little Shop of Horrors (Rated PG) will be screening.
Children must be accompanied by parents or guardians.
Food vans will be on site with temptations like popcorn and ice cream or bring along a picnic from home, or a tasty snack from one of the popular Atherton cafes and restaurants.
You can find more Spooktacular information at https://www.trc.qld.gov.au/priors-creek-live/ or by following Priors Creek Live on Facebook, as well as other upcoming events like the next evening Artisan & Farmers Market on 6 November, and the Creekside Cinema screening of E.T on 14 November.
