Have fun and go pink!
A FUN event that will support people with breast cancer will be held at the Mareeba Turf Club this Saturday.
The event is all about wearing pink for the day, with prizes for the best pink hat and outfit.
Patrons are also urged to choose an outfit from an “op-shop” and be prepared to model it. Change rooms will be provided and a gentleman will accompany each lady as she does a circuit.
Attendees are also encouraged to bring along their favourite teapots and cosies and enter the competition for just $1, with prizes for each category.
There will also be raffles, so patrons are urged to bring lots of coins.
There will be entertainment and afternoon tea, with the cost of tickets just $20.

The Pink Ribbon fundraiser will be held from 1pm-4pm.
