Hotshots to swing Yungaburra
THE Yungaburra Community Rotunda will come alive with the sound of brass, rhythm and swing when the Atherton Hotshots headline this Sunday’s free concert.
Well-known across the Tablelands for their high-energy performances, the Atherton Hotshots bring a crowd-pleasing mix of classic swing and big band favourites, blended with modern pop hits.
From the first note to the final encore, audiences can expect an entertaining afternoon that’s perfect for music lovers of all ages.
Set in the picturesque surrounds of the Yungaburra Community Rotunda, this free, family-friendly concert invites locals and visitors alike to relax, connect and enjoy live local music in the heart of town.
The concert is on 12 April from 4pm-6pm.
Bring a chair, picnic rug or blanket. Refreshments will be available for purchase on site from The Whippy Express, and attendees are welcome to support the band with a donation on the day.
Parking is available via Short Street.
In the event of rain, the concert will move to the Yungaburra Rec Shed, Barrine Road, Yungaburra (next to the tennis courts).
