Irreverent finishes filming
THE curtains have been pulled closed on the filming of the new 10-part Netflix show Irreverent in Mission Beach.

The new series follows the story of an American man forced to hide out in a small Australian coastal town, Mission Beach fitted the bill and was picked as the backdrop.
Having a new tv series filmed on the beaches and in the streets of Mission Beach provided a good boost to both the towns and regions economy.
Expenses were spread across necessities such as fuel, food and accommodation and production needs of local labour and building materials.
The filming crew also made good use of down time activities and all indications from the crew suggest they would love to come back, if the show is re-signed.
