Junior netballers sought

HEAD on down to Mareeba State High School next Thursday afternoon, where the Mareeba Netball club will be holding its annual junior sign on day.

The event is a chance for young netballers to register for the upcoming season and meet their teammates. The club will also be helping parents with the process, and there will be fun skills games on offer for the kids.

Junior netball will run on Thursday afternoons, with Under 16, Under 13, 5-6 years, 7-8 years, 9-10 years, and 3-4 years age groups on offer.

The event will be held from 5pm-6pm at the school’s hall, opposite the Davies Park netball courts. The club also accepts Play On sports vouchers.
