Junior Roosters celebrate season
THE end of a successful season was celebrated at the Atherton Junior Rugby League’s end-of-year presentation night recently.
The club highlighted its star players and commended those who showed true spirit to their teammates. Taking out the Player of the Year Awards in the Under 17 boys and girls teams was Beckett Fry and Finlay Payne.
Other awards including players who were selected in Northern Pride squads, club life members, and standout volunteers were also given out.
