Kylie show kicks off birthday celebrations
THE Reef Hotel Casino is celebrating 30 years in 2026 and is starting off the new year with a great free show that pays tribute to one of Australia’s most popular performers.
The Casino is “stepping back in time” and bringing back one of the most successful shows to ever grace the complex, “100% Kylie” – the world’s No1 Kylie show.
“We are starting the year with glitz, glamour, diamonds and ‘Pearls’, a nod to the 30’s and the 90’s and really have the fun with entwining various themes, events, promotions and entertainment throughout 2026,” marketing and entertainment manager Bruce Stewart said.
“100% Kylie is the perfect show to launch the year with a stylish bang!”
100% Kylie stars world-renowned impersonator Lucy Holmes. Lucy has performed more than 1000 concerts in 18 countries over 20 years and has been endorsed by Kylie Minogue herself as the “Best Kylie act in the World”.
Dannii Minogue has also commended the show, regularly expressing how much she and the whole Minogue family love the show, all of whom have seen it live.
The show is an immersive experience, a mix of glitz and glam, incredible replica costumes, phenomenal dancers, live band, multimedia and crowd interaction.
Guests will be singing and dancing along to international hits such as Step Back in Time, Spinning Around, On A Night Like This, Can’t Get You Out Of My Head, The Locomotion and many more.
100% Kylie will grace BAR36 on Friday 30 January and Saturday 31 January at 9pm live and free.
To mark the opening of the Reef Hotel Casino’s opening on 31 January 1996, the casino plans to celebrate in a big way with non-stop premier entertainment, exclusive promotions and signature special events.
Those celebrations will start on 30 January, with complex-wide fun, festivities, food and beverage specials and casino promotions during the whole day plus a live local legend line-up from 5pm in BAR36.
So, the casino is asking patrons to glam up and join the party all year as they celebrate 30 years.
“We’ll be bringing back our most popular shows and promotions and some new ones each month in 2026,” Bruce said.
