Last call for Rodeo Queens
THE Mareeba Rodeo Association is making a last call for those interested in being part of the 2025 Rodeo Queen competition as nominations close this weekend.
Now in its 65th year, the Rodeo Queen competition is steeped in tradition. Many young local ladies who take part make long lasting memories, friendships, and gain lifelong skills to take with them for their future endeavours.
“The competition is a great way for entrants to meet new people, grow in confidence, have fun and learn many new things,” a spokesperson from the Rodeo Association said.
“With the closing date for nominations approaching, we encourage all organisations and businesses to show their support for this community event.
“Sponsoring an entrant presents an excellent marketing and promotional opportunity, with numerous acknowledgements through-out the two-week rodeo festival.”
