Best customer service on the Tablelands

For the last round of The Express Newspapers “Best of the Tablelands” we decided to honour an individual who showcased exceptional customer service and a passion for their vocation.

For the last round of The Express Newspapers 'Best of the Tablelands' we decided to honour an individual who showcased exceptional customer service and a passion for their vocation.

This individual could have worked for any type of business and was voted for by members of the public.

Rina Yamanoi of Sushi 4880 in the Post Office Centre of Mareeba has been awarded the ‘Best Customer Service’ on the Tablelands.

Rina was overwhelmed and completely taken by surprise when awarded with the honour.

“It’s overwhelming to win this award, I never expected it,” she said.

“I have a lot of love and passion for what I do and I think that shows.

“The reason I enjoy what I do so much is because of the customers, the customers are so nice.”

Rina’s bubbly and vibrant attitude lights up the kitchen as she creates a bond with her customers.

“People come in and they don’t just say ‘Hi and bye’ we have a quick conversation and I enjoy that very much.”
