The Chief Entrepreneur of Queensland visited the Tablelands last Tuesday, September 22 and made her rounds to Tablelands businesses looking to better their business.

Leanne Kemp is not only travels to all regions of the state to inform and inspire businesses but she also runs a highly successful global enterprise.

Mrs Kemp spent her morning session speaking to a wide variety of entrepreneurs in Atherton, the afternoon was hosted at Natural Evolution in Walkamin where many of the agricultural innovators were invited to attend.

The last session for her visit was a lively Q&A where Mrs Kemp went back and forth with curious Tablelanders and answering their questions

Co-Chair for Startup and Innovation Tablelands Christine Doan said that Mrs Kemp’s visit gave a lot of businesses and organisations clarity about the directions they need to go to succeed.

“Having somebody like Leanne up inspires people and helps them understand what they need to do,” she said.

“She provided guidance and clarity for businesses that were unsure about where to go.

“Leanne is inspirational and brilliant but she is also hilarious, what more could you ask.
