Fans of the annual Cairns show will now have a reason to smile after the Cairns Show Society announced that they will be holding a mini-show this weekend.

Carmen Ferreira, Secretary Manager of the Cairns Show Association said “It’s a taste of what should have been, we miss our community, our sponsors and volunteers, this is a great way to reconnect with everyone,” Ms Ferreira said

“There will be six-show stalls offering delicious showtime treats like Dagwood Dogs, slushies, and showbags, there are also kiddie’s rides, dodgem cars and a jumping castle.”

The Cairns Mini show is happening this Friday, July 17 from 10am to 4pm and Saturday, July 18 from 10am to 6pm at the Cairns showground.
