Armaguard truck slides off the range

There were some delays this morning on the Kuranda Range after an Armaguard truck slid into a ditch near the top of the range.
Emergency services were called to the Kennedy Highway just before 7.30am this morning.
A Queensland Ambulance spokesman said paramedics assessed two males, one in his 40s and one in his 50s, at the scene.
He said, "one of the men had suffered a leg injury and the other a hip injury".
“They both declined ambulance transport to the hospital,” he said.
The road was reopened to traffic just after 8.30 am, The damaged vehicle has since been towed away.
