School to host culture festival
A FOOD and culture mini festival with international cuisines and a range of events will be held next week at Mareeba State High School.
The event will celebrate the many different cultures that make up the local community. There’ll be a range of different foods, cultural performances and live music. For added fun, there’ll also be a trivia competition and a primary school colouring competition.
Registration for trivia will be done on the night.
The free event will be held next Wednesday evening from 5.30pm-8pm at the school’s library. For more information, contact the school directly.
