Organised by the Yungaburra Lioness Club, the Fashion Parade will be held at the Community Hall from 2-5pm (with doors opening at 1.30 pm).

The show will feature the latest styles from Hula & Sparrow, Global Free Style, Winter &Mann, Cowgirl Country, The Silver Dragonfly, and Uber Fantastisch.

The event is raising money for Eacham Community Help Organisation Inc (Echo) a local organisation that has been operating since 1990. It helps with home support services, NDIS, transport, emergency relief for families and individuals in need, and a Neighbourhood House in Malanda, providing a safe environment for people of all ages and backgrounds.

Fashion Parade organiser Gina Raccanello said the service was a fantastic support for the community, with projects and assistance ranging from providing tents to homeless people, food outings for families, employment skills training, and much more.

Tickets for the Parade are $25 per person with tables of eight available.

“The ticket includes a welcome drink, a lucky door prize, nibbles and raffles, a $100 Board, and a bar available,” Gina said. “It’s a popular afternoon. We are keeping the event to 150 people as it got so crowded last time.”

Gina said the Fashion Parade was also being supported by the Yungaburra IGA, and both Mungali and Gallows Cheese.

Tickets can be bought online at Trybooking.com/DAYIK, or purchased at Global Free Style and Uber Fantastisch.
