The best of the blues
THE one-man Blues festival that is Shaun Kirk will be taking the stage at the Tableland Music Lovers Saturday night show.
The award-winning Australian troubadour headlines the Grainger Lane event, which will also feature local duo STOLEN, who kick off the night from 7.30pm.
Originally from Melbourne, Kirk’s blues and soul and gritty vocals have had critics claiming him as “one of the finest blues voices Australia has ever heard” (Buzz Mag).
Complementing his vocal artistry, Kirk’s vintage guitar tones and raw grooves pay tribute to the timeless influences that have shaped his musical journey, which has taken him to stages all over the world.
He has performed to consistently sold-out shows, likes Blues fest, and has shared the billing with legends like Robert Plant of Led Zeppelin, John Mayer, Paolo Nutini, John Butler Trio, and The Teskey Brothers.
