Weapons seized
A 50-year-old man has been charged stealing several weapons from a Dimbulah mine site last month.

Officers from the Tablelands Property Crime Unit, Tablelands Criminal Investigation Branch and Mareeba Rural and Stock Crime Squad charged the Deeral man after executing a search warrant at an Arriga address on Friday.
Police allegedly located a loaded rifle, ammunition, cannabis plants and the stolen property.
The man was charged with two counts of trespass, and one count each of enter premises and commit indictable offence, driving of motor vehicle without a driver licence, unlawful possession of stolen property, unlawful possession of a category B weapon, firearms to be kept unloaded other than when being used to shoot, authority required to possess explosives, and producing dangerous drugs.
He is due to appear in the Mareeba Magistrate’s Court on 17 August.
