William Lloyd (16) from Ravenshoe and Jacinta Jue Sue (15) from Atherton will be travelling down to Gillman, South Australia to complete in the Australian Junior Motocross Championships from Monday to Friday next week.

Both are part of the Mareeba Motorcycle Club and have been training for months leading up to the event and are madly preparing their bikes and vans for the big event.

The national event will see upwards of 300 riders contest the 2025 AJMX across 12 championship classes, spanning from the entry-level 50cc auto category up to 15-year-olds on 250cc four-stroke machinery. There are also two dedicated classes for girls.
